"この度はありがとうございました。 立地、部屋や建物のキレイさや価格を考えると十分なんですが、どうしてもアウトな点があります。 洗面台の下からだと思うんですけど、下水の激臭がかなりのぼってきて部屋、特に脱衣所に充満してしまっています。 建物も新しいし、配管のつまりや汚れとかではなく、「防臭キャップ」やちょっとした施工にトラブルがあるのでは？ あくまで推測だし、2階だからとも考えたのですが、一度水道屋さんに見てもらう事をおすすめします。 あの部屋だけなのかな？ それ以外は良かったので大阪に行く際の常宿にしようかなとも思います。 良い滞在期間になりましたが、ほんとにこの点がとても惜しいです。"

"Nice and quiet place to stay and safe."

"My family and friends total 7 of us stayed there for 3 days. walking distance to the house. lots of Korean shops on the way. 3 storys house 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. staircase to third story is very steep so we sent a young one to sleep there. There are no dining area but one of up stairs rooms has a kind of living room. So we could sit together and chat. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."

"There was a local shopping street within 5 minutes distance with a drug store and Kura sushi at the corner. There also at least 3 grocery store within 10 min walk with one close at midnight. Communication was excellent and clear with the owner. Room is relatively clean but there room for improvement. Such as there mold near the bottom of the shower curtain. It also would be nice to have a towel in the kitchen to dry hand. It’s was very hard to clean the table and countertop with tissue alone. "
