Host was very kind and let us check in a few hours early which was very convenient as we didn’t want to carry around our luggage through the city . Nice location only being a 10 minute walk to Dotonburi street which gives you endless options for food, drinks and experiencing the night life. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs since it is on 4th floor but the place overall was super clean and was nice having a washer and dryer. Can definitely recommended to anyone staying in Osaka with a larger party.

We had a wonderful stay at Matsuyamachi Building 4F in Osaka. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a full day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the location. Being so close to Dotonbori was a huge plus. We were able to enjoy the vibrant food scene, shopping, and nightlife just a short walk away, yet still return to a quiet and peaceful place to rest. One small area for improvement was the internet connection, which was on and off and intermittent during our stay. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience. Overall, this accommodation offered excellent value, convenience, and comfort. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Room is clean and spacious for bed and bathroom but not so much for dining. We were on the 4th floor and NO ELEVATORS, you have to carry your luggage and the stairs and very steep and narrow! Also had trouble communicating with staff and always miscommunication prolly because of language barrier. Not much details before we check in so we were very confused and had to ask a local to call staff and have access to our room. Overall place is nice- 10-15 min walk to dotonbori.

This was a clean and spacious place for our family of five. The location was good as everything we needed was nearby. Traffic noise outside was not too noisy. The water in the shower was a bit tricky as the temperature kept changing. The place could use better sound proofing.

入り口がわかりにくかったです。 又、階段しかなく、その階段も狭いし急だしで荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。 事前に書いていて欲しかったです。 お部屋は清潔感がありました。 洗濯機が大人数向けではないかもです。
