「Propreté, amabilité」

「ケベックには小さなホテルが数多くあり、決めるのに大変迷いました。 宿泊したこちらのホテルは内装が可愛くて広めのお部屋に大きなベットが２つ、バスタブもあったので決めました。 バスタブはシャワーカーテンではなくガラス窓で閉める事が出来るので使いやすかったです。 中心から少し離れていますが狭い街なので少し歩けばレストランやショッピングなど楽しめます。 逆に目の前が公園になっていて、車も頻繁に通らないせいか夜でもとても静かに過ごせました。」

「Never received an email prior to check-in, so was originally unable to access the property. Once we got into our room we found that there was old food, and used insulin needles in the fridge. When we went out for the day the next day, we put the sign on our door to request the room be cleaned (as we were concerned by what we found in the fridge).
