"Room was spacious and clean. Public bath is a plus point of this hotel. Our room was facing main road and the fire station but throughout our 5 nights, it was very quiet. Hotel is next to the station which makes it convenient to get to may attractions. There’s a good variety of dining options from affordable to high end. "

It was within walking distance of Gion Street, other famous sightsand the main city streets, making it easy to explore Kyoto on foot. "Our room was very clean and spotless, highly commendable! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! The amenities were good quality. My only negative comment centers around the bathtub! Due to my height and hip pain, I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub. What would have helped is if there were more handrails. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto to all my friends."
