「we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes

「The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!」
「Stayed 2 nights. Clean property and great location. Walkable to Main street where there are many restaurants. Also walkable to Ferry and the beach. Room could use some updating and the price is a little steep for what they offer but it's the expected price for area in July.」
「The location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 」
「Great stay as always. Nice pool and bar, great fire pits and ability to meet others vacationing as well. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for food; only drinks. (If you advertise a restaurant, there should be one.) Went to the Italian restaurant next door and had a very nice and reasonable meal. Also Skipper Chowder House was AMAZING, long wait, worth it!」
「Stayed with family during the weekend. Great location, clean room and nice pool. I just wish that someone told us about the dehumidifier in the rooms. It was very humid the first night and could’ve used it. Otherwise Cape Sands Inn is a great motel without the bells & whistle at a great affordable price!」

「Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides. 」
