booking was easy and Hotels.com very helpful in how to upgrade room. We initially booked a standard room at a very good price especially as it included breakfast, However the standard bedrooms have a shower over the bath and so anyone with mobility issues might find this difficult to access. We paid for an upgrade and what a wonderful Superior room it was. Huge with a long bathroom with bath and a double shower and beautifully soft towels...

「Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in .
The room was lovely and comfortable . Bathroom really nice .
We had a few drinks in the bar and the bar staff were really nice . Made cocktails for me which weren’t listed .
