「My family and I tried to go outside to the pool area and chill by the pool. Called the front desk and was simply told “No” without any explanation on the phone. When I went downstairs to get clarification as to why guests weren’t allowed to just simply sit outside. 「Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!」
