「1st class all the way」

「This is a great location, a few blocks from Ocean Ave. The balcony views were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.」

「The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.」

「We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. 「The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. I asked for a parking refund and parked at Pacific Edge Hotel. I was woken up by...

「It was perfect for our family ! We have adult children and they were able to stay with their spouses and have their own space . It has a nice open living room and kitchen to all hang out together and the outside grounds were beautiful !」

「The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. 」
