Pearson Park is just one of the places to see in Hull, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Stroll along the marina or visit the shops in this culturally rich area.
We visited the Ferens Art Gallery (free admission) which was worth a look. We saw a couple of bands at The Welly (20 mins walk away) The Atom brew pub on Princes Avenue has very nice beers and food (10 min walk). Marrakech also good.

Hull has a lot to offer a visitor to the city. The old town, marina, minster and the Trinity market and old fruit market are all worth a visit. A returning Hullensian ,I was saddened to see many deserted buildings in disrepair replaced by new centre.

Lots of redevelopment happening in the city. Overall was pleasantly surprised by the city.
"I had a good couple of nights here. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded to a double from a single room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. It is tucked away in a pretty little square of Hull centre, you’ll feel that you are somewhere else! No offence to Hull, I am from here and do love it but the town centre is not the prettiest! Well worth the money."
"Great staff including the Manager.
She checked to make sure there was safe food for me to eat at dinner & breakfast - the extra mile made me feel safe. "
"We found the hotel to be very well placed for bars and restaurants and in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice but the bathroom could benefit from an update, however was spotless.very good value for money.would definitely stay again."
