「There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to...

「In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. 「DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!! We went to Kingston and needed to find something at the last minute. We booked this bachelor apartment despite the bad reviews. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the host. When we arrived, there were already other people there with reservations. These people had also tried to contact the host without success. The host clearly gives the access code to anyone who books. Now we are having difficulty getting a refund from Expedia!!」

「Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.」
