"The place was great and so quiet. The cell reception and WiFi was poor at best, which made the place even BETTER! The fridge was a bit noisy but acted as “white noise “ while sleeping so it was fine. There was a bit of a musty smell but it’s a small cabin in the woods, open a window and let the amazing smell of the forest air in. I wish the cabin had either a wood burning stove or fireplace. Gus, our 2 year old Cattle Dog felt right at home and loved every second of his Drummond Island Adventure!The place was perfect and can’t wait to go back again next year, hopefully for a longer trip. "

"Check in was easy however i was a bit off put that the lady at the front desk was checking in another guest over the phone and had the guy on speaker phone which allowed myself and another guy to hear to hear all of the guys personal info including credit card info."

"The location in great for Drummond Island. The house is fine to stay in, but could use a really deep cleaning. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. The owner was very good about contacting us initially and we let her know afterwards about the cleaning issues and she stated all would be rectified. She was easy to work with via texting. When booking - be careful of any extra people. The listing is not clear that you will be charged for extra people (children included) as well as charged an extra cleaning fee to use the cabin. Overall, a very good place to stay. We recommend it."

"Surpassed all our expectations! The beautiful woodwork in the home, modern incredibly well stocked kitchen, wrap around porch with wicker rockers, a porch swing and outstanding views of the freighter traffic. The village was quaint, friendly and restful. Able to stroll down to the Village Inn Bar (mushroom/swiss burger best I’ve ever had), the Bakery, gift shops, the Mainsail for pizza. Drove to Goetzville Bar and Grille for dinner. Walked my dog every day to the marina pier across the street. Evenings we’d sit on the porch, it’s So quiet! If your life is busy and stressful, this is ideal to unwind and recharge. Hope to stay again! "

"Home was very clean and at a beautiful location on Drummond Island. Everything we needed, and then some. Amazing view from the deck and right on the water, in a very quiet neighborhood. Property Manager was very nice and check-in/out was easy. Loved the Island and will be back again for sure!"
