「We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. 「とても清潔。コンパクトだけど心地よいホテル。 そしてスタッフも感じが良い👍」

「Overpriced but quiet and nice bed.」

「Rooms were spacious and clean」

「Clean room and property. Staff excellent as they were helpful and quick helping us change rooms after an issue with a faulty shower handle. Not their fault. Only thing we’d like to see better would be more of a healthier breakfast selection…」

「周辺に何もなく、寂しく不便。」

「The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality. The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful. Not a repeat destination.」

「The staff was lovely & helpful, however the hotel is run down and needs some updates. Not a comfortable stay. Could be charming, historically aged & cozy - but it misses the mark.」

「過不足無く良いモーテル。」

「Fantastic room. The property is still very new and any issues were very minor.」

「We had a lovely one-night stay here on our way back to New York from the Catskills. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel offers free parking and a heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good too. Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient stay. Would happily recommend!」
