We were offered to switch rooms the last night of our stay and those people were very nice. The nice guy up front was one of them. :)"

"The other rooms , It would have been better if they put a table with chairs outside the sliding door. It’s nice to sit outside during the night One of the lady staff made it a huge/big deal when I asked for an extra bottle of water. The room fridge or cooler was not working . When you advertise the amenities , pls make sure they are actually working. "

"We loved our stay at Embassy Suites! Although during our stay, one of the elevators was down and it took some time going to our room and getting down. However, the staff were really friendly! We loved the free breakfast and were surprised at the type of food offered (bacon, eggs, omelet station) The pool was kid friendly and goes up to 4ft and they offered pool noodles for the kids to use. I’m not sure if they normally have a lifeguard on duty but when we were there, there was none so please keep watch of your kids if they don’t. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure was good. We loved the separate living room area as there was ample space for our kids to play around. There are a lot of shops around and loved that the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center was right across from the hotel. This was a 2-night staycation for our family for the weekend and we will definitely come back for another! "

"We really enjoyed all the restaurants that were part of the hotel and had several delicious meals. The location was great right across the street from the beach and lots of other restaurants and shops. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise as Waikiki along the main strip is noisy at night."

"Hotel was good location and had choices of food and shopping close by. Our last night there had two power outages but hotel couldn't even give one resort fee back. Our first night the air conditioner didn't work and was moved next day where it worked great. Liked the ocean view room. The Concierge (Denise) was outstanding helping us out with Luau, Pearl Harbor, and island tour. Would stay again."
