We had a lovely stay in this unit in November. We went to Oahu to visit our son who is in the Air Force and we wanted to be close to his place. The unit is beautiful and has an amazing view from both balconies. The best part is being able to utilize the Hilton Hawaiian Village and its within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Waikiki.We will be back

We loved our stay! Beautiful accommodations and even more beautiful view. Lots of fun for the whole family. I would recommend ordering groceries to arrive at the start of your stay to leverage the kitchen for some savings. Breakfast or dinner Waikīkī is expensive for a family.

The room itself was spectacular. The layout provided more space than we expected, which was great for travelling with a two-year-old and a baby. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night and being able to listen to the live music at the outdoor bar below. The unit is also a great location to watch the fireworks from the balcony on Friday evening. Overall, everything was great except for the check-in process. There must’ve been a miscommunication with the owner as they didn’t authorize us to check in. And when we arrive at the resort at 11:30 at night, it took almost an hour before we could get into a room. I also had issues contacting the property manager, and it took almost 2 hours till I could get a hold of somebody who could then begin work to correct the issue. As we were staying for a longer period of time, it would have been great if the unit had been better well stocked for longer-term guests. There was a lot of kitchen, utensils or appliances that we could not locate, and therefore made cooking meals in the unit a bit more challenging. We also had to purchase a fair bit of stuff as there was minimal garbage bags, dish soap, detergent provided on check-in, which, when travelling with young kids, and for longer periods of stay become necessity. Would be happy to provide a more detailed list if it would help for future guests.However, the resort itself is stunning, and we left the convenience of the various pools, lagoon and resort restaurants.

The condo exceeded the expectations of our group (2 couples). Great rooms, bathrooms and kitchen/sitting area. I was apprehensive based on other views, however I cannot find any negatives!I left behind a few items in a draw. The cleaning team found them and they were shipped to me. I am very thankful!Great property.

This is a great place two bedroom suite credible location on Waikiki Beach. Just like staying in a hotel resort, and actually it is in a hotel resort with all the amenities in proximity to great dining and everything Oahu has to offer.

Due to a maintenance problem in the type of room booked, the property management upgraded us into a penthouse before we arrived. The penthouse was well above what we rented and expected. I don’t know what the booked room would have been like but our room was exceptional and well above what we had rented.

A place filled with good memories

우리 가족은 이곳에서 아주 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 힐튼 빌리지는 해변, 라군, 여러 개의 수영장 외에 ABC스토어 및 여러 상점들이 내부에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 어린 자녀를 둔 가족이라면 하루 종일 호텔 내에서만 머물러도 그다지 불편하지 않을 것입니다. 이렇게 좋은 기회를 제공해 준 코알라 팀에 감사드리며, 오아후를 다시 방문한다면 그랜드 아일랜더 및 다른 힐튼 호텔들을 우선적으로 고려할 것입니다. My family had a great time here. Lagoon, several swimming pools, beach, ABC store and various stores are in Hilton Village, so this place is very convenient. If you are a family with young children, you don't have to go outside all day. Thank you for providing such a great opportunity Koala team. If I visit Oahu again, I'll consider Hilton Grand Islander and the other Hilton Hotels as a top priority.

Incredible Resort

This Hilton Resort Village truly has it ALL. The staff treat each guest as if they were the most important in the place. You need something brought to the room, it's there within minutes. There are several pools to choose from, the beach is right there, there's even a great lagoon for the younger kids. The size of the resort looks massive & you think it's too far to walk to get to a restaurant ( which there is every kind of food to choose from), but the layout gets to the furthest area within 10 minutes. Self parking is easy & plentiful. We rented a 2 bedroom unit & it had everything we needed & more. Highly recommend

Great stay in Hawaii

We stayed at the Grand Islander by Hilton, part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with two big bedrooms and twin beds in tbe kids' room. The room had a nice balcony with a partial ocean view. Room had great facilities and qas very clean. The whole complex is massive with several different towers and multiple pools etc. There are lots of shops and restaurants on-site, although these are expensive even compared to the rest of Honolulu. Location is pretty good butcloser to Waikiki would have been slightly better. In saying that the buses run regularly and it's only 5 mins on tbe bus to the heart of Waikiki.

Good for young families

While furthest back from the shore, the Grand Islander is one of the better towers in the Hilton village, the updated apartments have in-unit laundry, modern furniture and finishings, and the master bathroom has his and her sinks. It’s a reasonable place to stay with young kids even if it is a little further walking distance to the better off-property Waikiki restaurants.
