「I came for a conference and did not want to stay at the hotel ,boy did I make the right choice ! This cottage is absolutely charming and quiet,well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful time! We cooked outside most nights and enjoyed different beaches every day. Lava Lava Beach club and the Hale bar at the Fairmont were really nice and both close to the water. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!」

「Nice small cottage. Beach across the road but it is mainly large lava boulders so you need to drive to get to a sandy beach. I did see people work their way through the lava to snorkel.」

「Lovely property! Peggy was so sweet and left me some tea and bruschetta in the the room and gave a quick your. I ended up getting sick but it was a great place to recover. They were very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed hanging out in the hammock, the amazing vegetation and the sweet animals! And the grocery store is so very close! Loved my stay here!」

「I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....

「Perfect cottage for 3 couples to use to explore the big island of Hawaii. Nice living space and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed, as we cooked a daily breakfast.」

「This is a classic Hawaii oceanfront home. If you're looking for modern, then this isn't for you. Reminds me of how the Big Island was when I was a child.... which is exactly what we were looking for. Was everything the listing shows it to be. Peaceful location. We would come back to this home again.」
