"Lack of maintenance, bathrooms need calking, and cleaning up. Elevators need maintenance. Low water pressure and bathrooms faucet and accessories need upgrades. Cleanliness is not done daily and towels are left dirty. Staff are not eager working to help guests. Good selection served for breakfast is very poorly selected and served."

"We just returned from five nights at this amazing resort and have nothing but good things to say! The property itself was gorgeous. The winding paths through the tropical foliage, the beach at the end of the strip with outstanding snorkeling, the large pools and layered decks with lots of places to lounge, the beach bar .... We absolutely loved it! The staff was great and the food was delicious. Our room (a Bungalow) was large and comfortable (yet up a very steep hill, so make sure you check if you have any issues with mobility). The beach was walkable and had many other hotels and restaurants to visit, although the vendors were a bit much. The highlight of the trip was scuba diving with West End Divers! We experienced a number of amazing creatures! We lucked out with the weather (sunny and mid-80s every day and it only rained at night). And we were there in mid-September which is the beginning of Low Season which meant that we practically had the resort or ourselves. We also happened to be there over a time where no cruise ships came through. One staff member told us that it's crazy during High Season when the cruises come in...so choose your timing wisely based on the vibe you like! Overall it was a fantastic experience!"
