「The room was clean but overall the property is old and run down. It is okay for a biker, but "not" a family.」

「The hotel needs some attention and updates. Our room was filthy with sticky floors, hair all along the floor of the bathtub and in the tub itself and on the shower curtain. The top bedspread had not been washed and smelled like body odor. The door lock would work randomly and was a pain to get into the room. The luggage carts are broken or falling apart. I have never had an experience like this at any Hampton Inn & Suites and they are my preferred chain when traveling. Very disappointed in the...
