This is an affordable beach front motel. Not fancy, but you can't beat the location. It was clean and there is plenty to eat and drink within walking distance. The pool is very nice. I would def stay here again.

Flagler Seafood restaurant on site was excellent, beach location wonderful, property originally Flagler family mansion with rich history, quaint & unique. Not for the “Resort clique”.

We were really excited to find topaz motel. We love the fact that it was beachfront and had a pool. However, this place is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathroom was very clean. There were many holes in the wall and everything was peeling up and very rundown looking.

It is my favorite spot. I come here every year. The price is more than reasonable. You are on the beach. There is a pool and a restaurant on premises. I don’t know what more you could ask for staff is very helpful and give you everything you need.

Older hotel, a little run down but it did look like they were working on things. Cute little pool (we didnt get to make use of it because of the rain) and very convenient location for the beach and restaurants. For the price it was good, but definately in need of more tlc. Would still stay again if we were down that way.

The pool is in a nice location! The staff is very helpful! The location is great! If you’re looking to see a sun rise it’s in a great location! There is a restaurant connected to the office! Great food!

Cheap room by the beach, if u dont care about room cause you are off enjoying life then this is the spot for you. I had to wipe down fridge with a towel, it had black mold spots on outside of it but the sliding door was also open when we go to room so possibly dirt came in that way. Perfect stay for beach access, close walk to gas station and or other places to eat/drink
