Lovely spacious room and super king size bed which was very comfortable.
Very clean room, tea, coffee, biscuits available. Good modern bathroom and good shower.

「The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.」

Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! 「A really pretty newly refurbished country pub hotel. The room was lovely and bathroom very clean. Tye staff were really helpful and attentive especially the waitress at breakfast. We had dinner there too which was really nice. We even attended the pub quiz!」
