"Beautiful cottage, fantastically located just next to the creek, seafront walks and the Hero gastropub, and a 5 min drive to Burnham Market. We were lucky to get wonderful weather and enjoy the gorgeous garden with the wisteria and apple trees in full bloom, and cosy fires at night. Beds and lounges were very comfortable and the cottage was superbly equipped. Be aware the staircase to the bedrooms is steep so not ideal if you have restricted mobility. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful cottage in perfect location. Only moan was that there was no washing machine and it’s in the photos so was expecting one but found one at the coop so was sorted. Also the people staying in the cottage next door kept leaving their dog and it constantly barked. Very comfortable would recommend"

"Comfortable, well equipped bungalow with excellent bed and showers. All you need in kitchen, great dining table. Near to centre of Wells and Harbour but also easy to get out and about in the area. Warm and cosy and owner stressed to use heating when weather very cold. Welcome pack. It's the time of year when the odd mark on rug and walls is expected and no doubt will be sorted in spring. We had to contact owner twice for maintenance (one time due to storm) and both times repair was same day as we said handyman could use key safe.Only improvement would be instructions for lightweight vacuum which was excellent for crumbs, etc but so difficult to empty without making a mess.Thank you for a great stay."
