"Although I had apparently booked a standard room it was presented in a very high specification and was more spacious than its m2 rating would suggest. Staff were polished and highly professional at all levels. I knew the breakfast was highly rated but that was exceeded and the venue inspiring."

The biggest problem was the noise around the room, which was facing a busy road, windows did not isolate the noise and was next to the kitchen, which means lots noise when cooking and cleaning early in the morning. The other issue was the heat, even though it was not that warm outside, the room was very hot, and the window barely opens. Ended up leaving early because we couldn't sleep, unfortunately they did not want to refund the last night."
