"Great place for a multigenerational family vacation. We liked that the bedrooms were on a separate floor from the living area and kitchen. Beach access is immediately adjacent to the house. The pool is very nice. We appreciated the gate st the top of the stairs as our group included young children."

"The house might look outdated by the photos but MY GOODNESS it was so quaint, and had all the right amenities. Beds were super comparable, tons of dishes/cookware and a thoughtful layout. We will definitely be back."

"No ocean view. The house is cute from the front when you drive up. There are numerous issues with upkeep of the place. I wouldn’t even sit down for hours. Don’t think you’re gonna sit on a porch and see the ocean. The back yard is overgrown and the deck hasn’t been painted in years. The outside shower is dilapidated with a rotted shower curtain and an old water hose on the floor. The carpet inside the house is nasty. The throw rugs in the kitchen and bathroom need washing.I had to wash the cookware and the plates and silverware before I could cook. I was so disappointed that I wanted to just come home. After about 24 hours I accepted the fact that it was not as I had expected and was way overpriced. After that I made the best of it; ate out for meals and enjoyed myself.With a little money and a few days of work; this house could be very nice."
