"We had a great Labor Day weekend with the family at this amazing house. We have been going to Oak Island or Hold en Beach for several years now and this is our favorite house. The grandkids loved the pool - it is small but was a bonus. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The house is directly across from beach access. And a shower in the pool area made it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach or before getting into the pool and hot tub. And the back views over the marsh/inlet were beautiful. We enjoyed sunsets out the back. Two nights we were treated to an amazing lightening show, over the ocean and over the marsh. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered. And there was a pantry for our use. Many homes have nowhere for guests to put their food so we found this a big plus. The top floor with the kitchen, dining room table and living room is spacious. Plenty of room for us all to eat together and lots of room to hang out and play games in the evening. We loved having the elevator to move in and out. It made life much easier as we didn't have to cart the coolers, kitchen supplies and suitcases, up two flights of stairs. The rooms are spacious and we loved all the bathrooms, especially the en-suite ones. We all voted for coming back to this amazing home next year. Dean was always quick to communicate with us."

"Perfect location for getting to the beach . The house is lovely, the view of the marsh is spectacular. So many birds, deer and even an osprey. The house was super clean, had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was great. They answered every question asap. Hope to stay there again next summer."

"Great place to stay! One thing that ended up not being an issue at all but was surprising, was the kitchen/living room is on the top floor and all bedrooms are on bottom! Like I said it was not an issue it was just the first beach house we’ve seen like that! Trip was great and the house and pool were fantastic! Owner is great!"

"Fantastic home that easily accommodated our multi-generational family of 19. The living room/dining room/kitchen area allowed us all to gather and share meals and play games at night.
