"The hotel room was clean with all the essentials. However, the walls were cracking, there were marks on the walls, and I could hear every noise. I booked a suite, but it was unavailable due to maintenance issues. I received a dinner credit, but the food was awful with very little selection. The bartender was bordering on rude. I would not stay here again."

"The staff was great especially Arun at the bar who did his best to make me smile after the pool fiasco and helped other staff understand orders. He’s management material. . It is very easy to walk to the airport but the stated pool closing hour was as 8 which is early. I went down at 7:40 and was told that it was too late to get in, last in is7:30 but no one said. After a very hot day walking in London, I was not happy. Also, you can’t charge food to your room so I needed to go back to my room and get a card."
