"Great place for family. Spacious room. 5 min walk from train station. Nothing much to complain about. Except staff kept calling in the morning asking whether we needed room cleaning when we could just hang the cleaning tag on the door before 1pm. Just a bit annoying but overall still recommended."

"We stayed at the Hotel Intergate in Akasaka. It was in a business area so not prime tourist area but the staff and amenities were fabulous. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and changed daily. They had a latte machine, water refill and sparking water refill. Communal baths and free toiletries. Love this hotel!!"

"Very clean and felt new. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with our teenager and booked the “standard twin” which was a little tight so I’d recommend going with the next room up. (It would probably be ok for a small child). Loved the spa though it would be nice if they provided an extra towel. Super comfy pjs though!"

"ホテル全体が新しく和風を取り入れたモダンなデザインで清潔感がある。スタッフは詳細まで気が利きフレンドリー。最上階のラウンジは朝食からハッピーアワーまでサービスがあり便利なので必要に応じてアクセス購入を考慮すべきだと思う。レストラン泉水の鉄板焼きを利用。コースは値段分の価値は十分あると思う。大満足だった。"
