"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. "I found the hotel really good in general - top location near Vienna’s main train station with shops open til late. The room was clean and uniquely designed with was fun. Hotel staff were super polite and helpful always. The free tea/coffee in the morning was a great bonus. If it was easier to contact the reception (no number provided, had to go down each time) and a few extra amenities in the room were provided (e.g. a safe) I would give the place 5/5. Amazing stay! "

"On the whole, an excellent hotel. Most of the staff we dealt with were very helpful but there were a couple that just seemed like lost teenagers, not sure of what was going on. The salon bar was supposed to be open on Saturday night, and we were told as much, but we went twice to try and it was empty, no staff. Room service is advertised but the timings were not consistent, rather seemed dependent on what staff were around. The phone in our room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay. The room was very hot and the air con wouldn’t go below 20, tricky as someone 8 1/2 months pregnant, they did bring another pillow for me straight after requested though! Rooftop bar is excellent, the hotel decor was excellent. Location was excellent. It was just those couple of things and some of the staff that let it down and made it feel like we were weren’t staying in a high end a hotel to match the beautiful surroundings. Xxx"
