Excellent service throughout and very comfortable pillows! I worked very late hours into the night and was very happy to be able to buy tea, coffee and croissants from the front desk even at very very late hours. Great service and wonderful overall experience!

This hotel is well positioned near subway and S7 train, several main attractions are within walking distance. Room was not sparkling but after complaining staff cleaned bathroom. I have to mention bed was comfortable. Overall this is 3 stars hotel.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

All 3 staff that I saw at the front desk were friendly and professional. My room was spotless and mostly comfortable. I do suggest that they change the shower curtains from black to a light color which will allow light INTO the shower! And the curtain was about 20cm too long, which created a tripping hazard! Unfortunately the drink vending machines did not accept cards at all. I had to cross the street to a vending machine shop for a drink. But overall, the hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable.

We booked this hotel last minute because we were only staying in Vienna for two nights, and one night at the hotel we booked months in advance, left us wanting for a place that was actually comfortable! This hotel fulfilled our desire for comfort, cleanliness, and safety! The breakfast was outstanding(I can't drink milk because of severe lactose intolerance, but they had lactose-frei milch and kokos milch!), the staff was super helpful, the actual entrance/exit to the hotel was about a 6 minute walk from our train platform to budapest, and

Like: Good location, quick to all means of local transportation. Really nice windows. Room was clean, fresh towels every day. Didn't like: We had a double room, but only one of the sockets on the bed worked. Also: We went in the summer and wanted to have the windows open at night. Unfortunately our room was right opposite of a bright neon sign, so we either had it cool and bright or dark and suffocatingly hot.

Great location near Rennwag station. Desperately needs a refurb as place looks tired, well my room did anyway. Took a while for check in, quite slow but friendly helpful staff. Why have one staff check you in when other staff are around talking? Breakfast 18 euros so I didn’t bother. Room clean enough just needs an upgrade. Only one liftworking and the corridor outside my room very noisy. I suppose for a cheaper price that I paid it’s comfortable enough for Vienna.

The room was nice. The bathroom was kinda gross, it smelled and the bathtub looked gross. Some tiles needed repairs, specifically the grouse. No ac which was bad in 25°+. Atleast it had fans but they were loud. Close to traffic, becomes loud with windows open in the summer heat. The place looked good. Beautiful decorations amd good location but be aware of hot summer days. And it was cheap so the room being so and so is manageble for a short stay.
