Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The whole place is ' just done right' rooms are very comfortable and kitted out to a very high standard. The outdoor heated pool is amazing with views over the danube River. Would totally recommend

Really nice hotel, the staff were wonderful and you get the impression that they want you to have the best stay. Nice location with the Danube and the subway stop nearby.

Incredible room with washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Located 150 yards from the exceptional Vienna subway to get you anywhere quickly. Only drawback is it is a mile away from bars and restaurants so you have to take subway or Uber. Definitely not a central location.

Room was spotless, had oven, dishwasher, washer all really good order. What I was not aware of was this was in the business district so if you were not 15-20mins away in town, there were very little eating places. Also, this lovely place with a pool has different sides of the building. If you're lucky you look out onto danube, if not, a building site. Staff are lovely.

Room was great. Location perfect for me, and right next to a metro station. Lobby location a bit inconvenient. Restaurant subpar. Wifi dropped for a day while I was there (but fixed the next day). Loud clanging noises could be heard from my room (122) throughout my stay.

We only used the room facilities and the reception staff for queries. They communicated well and were very helpful. The room was extremly clean and very well equipped for anything we would need. Personal touches such as putting a christmas stocking on our door for our child with chocolates was a very nice touch. The signage could be better when entering the hotel from the street but we already gave that feedback at reception and they said it is being reviewed as the building is new there will always be teething issues. Uber drivers get confused with the new building and area but reception can help you to book an uber with a specific google location code.

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were top tier and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. Amenities were great, and overall a wonderful stay. It’s outside the city center, but has two metro stations right by it making for an easy ride into the city. When I’m back to Vienna I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a perfect stay. Friendly staff. Lucky to have an early check-in free of charge. Very spacious room, everything is new. Separate toilet. Even cleaning blocks for dishwasher, liquid soap to do the dishes, cleaning tabs for washing machine, are provided. Swimming towels and bathrobes would be better to provide in the room or close to the pool, rather than at the reception. Maybe provide slippers aswell. Just a small hint of small things possible to improve. Not clearly marked how to reach the swimming pool. We had an early check out but no one was at the reception, although they said it was 24hour reception. But, we had a lovely stay. Very quiet rooms. Location is great with a small supermarket beneath and direct bus to airport closeby. Also underground very very near which was very very convenient. Hot outdoor pool witj amazing city view was bliss. Would recommend!

Nice rooms but hotel really lacked atmosphere and was opposite a building site. Poorly labelled entrance and hotel only first few floors..rest of the building was unfinished apartments above. On the plus side close to metro and beds comfortable and clean...but hotel food and accommodation overpriced and a disappointment overall. A lot of graffiti on walls close to hotel and river.

New hotel , nice view over the river . Missing some amenities in the room like slippers. Cleaning can be better, already some stains on the soffa and in the bathroom. But overall nice stay. Breakfasts is bit overpriced. Taxi drivers have difficultys to find a place .

Charged me more per night for sofabed which was part of prepaid booking. Very hot in room since no AC. Kept running out of items and every second day so called cleaning they didn’t even take garbage nor provide clean linens. Location is good.
