"I liked this hotel, except being in a room next to the elevator. I did ask at checking that I wanted a room away from noise, but I think he did not understand me, or maybe was overwhelmed by the many tourists checking in at that time. "

"Modern, clean and well equipped hotel with comfy beds and Japanese style bath. Service was excellent. Room had good air con, mini fridge, kettle, free tea and coffee, plenty of sockets and even a LG clothes steamer cabinet which I wasn't expecting. Only downside was the window was frosted glass and couldn't be opened so hard to judge the weather before heading out but everything else was perfect."

Sometimes tourists expect perfect English or act out of place, but we should remember we’re guests in another culture — just as we’d expect respect from visitors to our own countries."
