We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and the layout worked well for our family. The welcome bag was a nice unexpected touch and access to nice beach towels, chairs, and toys was so convenient. We rented bikes that were waiting for us in the driveway upon arrival and we loved the location of this house- we biked everywhere! To the beach, playground/pool/pickleball courts, dinner, coffee, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Outstanding Experience!

We have stayed in Sea Pines for many years and this is one of our best experiences. The house is everything you need and was, hands-down, the best stocked property, featuring plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and more. The property management could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Nicely remodeled and centrally located, we will absolutely stay here, again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our second summer to book this property! We love the location, the neighborhood is quiet and the playground and pool are perfect for small kids. We always rent bikes to get to and from the Beach Club, and love the “cut through” to get over to Harbourtown for ice cream and the big playground there. Home is meticulously clean, kitchen very well stocked for meals at home, and beds are very comfortable. Hosts also provide lots of bath towels which is helpful for our big family. Appreciate the beach towels, chairs and sand toys for guests to use during their stay. Definitely recommend this property for your Sea Pines stay.

Perfect location, great for toddlers

Perfect place for our 3 under 4 years old and the 4 adults that came along! Minutes walk to the pool with playground and tennis/pickleball court. Short bike ride to Harbourtown or Sea Pines Beach Club. Great layout, has everything you could need if you plan to cook or grill. Will definitely book again if available!

Beautiful stay in private community.

We had a wonderful time. The private community pool, tennis court, and playground were certainly a highlight. The stay was very clean and spacious. The hosts communicated well and were available at a moments notice with responses. We would recommend this stay.

Wonderful home & location

The home was great for our party of 8 that included adults, teens and younger children. It was clean and well stocked throughout. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking larger meals. The bunk room and Carolina room were great spaces for the teens and children. It was nice to have 2 master bedrooms and all the beds were comfortable. The home is in a great location inside Sea Pines. The owners were easy to work with and responsive with communications. Would certainly consider returning to this property.

Fun with Family and Friends

This house was just perfect for our stay with family and friends during the RBC Heritage golf tournament. The house had everything we needed including a very well stocked kitchen for the meals we cooked several evenings and a large table to gather around for dinner. The beds were so comfortable! The back deck provided a good bit of privacy and was so peaceful - even the deer thought so as we saw a few lingering on several occasions. The short walk to the golf course was perfect for coming and going each day of the tournament. The owners were so very responsive and made the arrival and check out extremely easy. We definitely had a great time - so much so that we’ve booked the house for next year!

Beautiful home in perfect location

This was our 2nd trip to HHI, and again we chose the Greenwood Forest neighborhood since the location can not be beat. Peaceful and serene, yet close to everything. Hilton Heaven is exactly that! The owners have provided everything you’ll need, so just stop for groceries and rent bikes and you are set. Such a clean and well laid out home! There were only 3 of us this trip, but it would comfortably accommodate many more. The bunk room and attached Carolina room would give kids there own space, and having 2 king masters is wonderful. Look no further!

Truly Wonderful

We had a fantastic time at Hilton Heaven. The property is in a quiet location with easy access to everything - shops and restaurants, beach, and bike trails. Inside the home is just as nice as the pictures portray. The layout is great for families to hang out and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone slept great! The owners of this property have thought of everything and made the stay so easy. We communicated with the owners prior to and during our stay and they were very proactive and responsive throughout our stay. They really cared that we enjoyed our stay in their home.

Great choice in Sea Pines

The house was represented very well based on its description. It was a great size for our family of four adults, a toddler and a baby. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and we were able to have many meals at home. The location of this house is great for all the Hilton Head Island activities, and the Sea Pines trolley makes getting around easy. Owners were very responsive before and during our rental.

Great Trip!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. I am really glad I rented bikes in advance. We had them delivered to and picked up from property which I highly recommend. It was really fun for the whole family to bike to and from the beach. Even though my teens all have their drivers licenses, they eagerly hopped on the bikes all week. The house was super clean. We played games, grilled out and enjoyed the many restaurants. There really is something for everyone of all ages.

Quiet street in Sea Pines

We had a great stay in this very clean, nicely decorated and equipped house in Sea Pines. The neighborhood is right off the bike trails to easily connect you to the beach, Sea Pines shopping center, South Beach or Harbortown. We loved the back trail to the shopping center right next to a nice-sized neighborhood pool, tennis courts and basketball court. (Morning coffee walks to C'est Bon are a must!) Kitchen is well-quipped which we appreciated as a family who likes to cook some meals on vacation, and has a really nice Weber grill. The owners also have beach towels and beach chairs available for your use. We would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to come back to HHI next year!

Best Beach Getaway

This property is wonderful and was great for our week-long stay. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The hosts made sure to have everything we’d need, plenty of towels, lots of starter items like toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Our family of 6 had space to relax after full days at the beach and we loved playing the games available. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to the playground and pool and over to the beach club daily. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing this lovely home!

Vacation Stay

We really enjoyed our week in Sea Pines at this property. The house was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Sea Pines is great and we loved the ability to bike around the area. It was about a 7 minute bike ride to the beach which was an enjoyable bike ride for us and our two kids (13 & 16 years old). The pool area in this community was a nice bonus that also includes a basketball hoop, playground, and tennis court. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Expectations were far exceeded!

This house in in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The property has been recently updated with modern appliances and current decor. It is a Hilton Heavan.

Home from Home!

As soon as we parked I knew I was going to have a great stay. Everything was so clean, felt like home as soon as we walked thru the front door. The home is very open and spacious which we all loved.
