「The breakfast could have been better.」

「Very nice hotel in a convenient area too.」

「Almost Everything is so top notch at this property. The staff is particularly wonderful and helpful. But the pool has been "broken" for the 3rd year (we stay every October).」

「Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.」

「An incredible experience from the moment we checked in until we left. The hotel was beautiful with great amenities. The spa was perfect and spent an enjoyable day there with my sisters. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Love the location, easy access to downtown to all the shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend.」

「It's a simple place with a good bed and shower, which I got. It It's a convenient location from restaurants and markets. The road is busy but I was too tired to be annoyed.」

We need to call/drive to Rhinebeck Inn to request any service. Continental Breakfast was just cold options. VIllage Inn customers need to drive...

I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...

The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...
