I complained and was told by the Manager that we had been informed of the on going works, this was not true. We would not have booked if we had been informed. He also told me that the hotel had no communication with hotels.com Breakfast very poor! Room was good apart from noise Will not use again. Please refund our costs. Graham Aldrich"

"Kind staff and nice food and drink. Especially the £15.95 deal for pizza and drink. Room was decent but it could do with some better facilities as windows didn't open, no wardrobe and towels kept falling off the metal ball. Sink was also easily blocked due to drainage issues"
