「First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t」

「It was a good stay for the price. No real amenities, but coffee machine and Continental breakfast in the mornings. The condition of the room was ok. The tub was chipped, toilet seat very loose and about to fall off. Rust all over the door frame in the bathroom. Little rough condition overall, but not a bad stay for the price.」

「The hotel is recently renovated. We travel often, and this is one of the cleanest hotels! The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast.」

「internet was weak to connect to」

「Had to wait for someone to come to front desk for checking in.」

「Alright」

「Do not expect to get towels , or any kind of service from the employees while staying here. Also they are super rude when you do ask them for simple stuff , as in clean towels.」
