「Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off.」

「I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. 「Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed). 「Pure luxury and decadence is how I would describe the Abbey. The hotel is located on a hill with a gorgeous view of the Hudson. They have afternoon cookies and coffee to relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson. The bed is very, very comfortable in each room has its own thermostat. The staff is very helpful and available at a moments notice. You will not regret your stay at this place.」

「It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit」
