"Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise! "

"Room was small but clean and updated. Nice to have the window open slighly to let in fresh air. Front desk staff were great, nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout at the hotel. Also used the luggage forwarding service from the hotel to the next and it was seamless and easy. "
