「This is a tough review for me because there is nothing negative to say. The staff is really great, everywhere is very clean, and there are an abundance of things to do. We stayed in a Villa suite and it was comfortable. I especially like that the bathrooms have real doors and separate door for the toilet. That’s important when you have family staying together. 「Loved the location as the resort appears from the road. Magically. Inside there is not one single inch inside where no fun and excitement can be had.」

「Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible experience with the fraudulent charges and zero customer service or follow up.」

「The pillows were absolutely terrible I wouldn’t even call them pillows they were super flat or flat and lumpy. Beds were squeaky and very uncomfortable. The restroom wasn’t very clean the toilet base was dirty」
