We stayed in one of the budget buildings next door which was great as we were a large group and there was a common lounge and kitchen. We loved the bakery and shops in the main lobby area. The onsen was loved by everyone in our party. Staff are super helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."
