"This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. The owner has provided many amenities, my husband appreciated the well stocked coffee"nook." We walked everywhere and it was fun to explore the waterfront. A quick drive to Sagamore Hill and Oyster Bay. We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to my questions."

"Dr C (Cynthia) was an amazing hostess to us from beginning to end. Her place was nice and cozy, and very clean. There were nice touches throughout to make you feel at home, and she also greeted us with a welcome basket of treats. There's a lovely deck out back, where Dr C set up a nice table setting for us to enjoy eating outdoors if we wanted to. "Very clean, host very attentive and communicative. Older house in good condition, would have been tight quarters for more than the 6 people we had (depending on couples vs individuals in the beds). One bed upstairs really a pullout couch -- relatively comfortable but not as comfortable as a real bed."

The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief.
