The entire place was great along with the host Julie and her husband who are great host. Very responsive and reply in a quickly manor to assist with anything that you need regarding your stay. My girlfriend and I had a great stay! I would recommend and stay again.

Great little unit!! The space is exactly as advertised; clean, modern, cozy and everything we needed for our stay. Our son attends college on Long Island and my husband and I were looking for an alternative to a hotel because prices are crazy! This unit is exactly what we were looking for. We have stayed twice at this property and plan to become “regulars” throughout his four years. The host is amazing to work with and great communication as well.

I really enjoyed my stay in this home. It was very clean, close to everything I needed, and I always felt safe , even when strolling in the neighborhood. Julie clearly put a lot of thought into making sure anyone that stays here has everything they need, even down to a kettle! I really appreciated that. Julie was extremely accommodating and understanding when it came to my flight schedule. I would def book here again! Thanks again!

Clean & convenient!

Perfect space for a quick overnight stay! I was in town for a concert at Jones Beach Theater & didn’t want to worry about a long drive home after. Perfect place to get ready before hand & sleep after so we could be back on the road in the morning.

Better than advertised -Classy and Serene Paradise

Gorgeous place! Calm neighborhood with ample parking. Love the bedroom, love the bathroom decor( especially the sink), quality and thickness of the tp, comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, pristine & immaculate interior. The owner was amazing - proactive with communication in minutes, The rental looks better in person. I left relaxed and energized. The Parkway is 6 minutes away. Overall - 10/10. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

I really can't think of a thing I didn't like about this property. For me, it was perfectly located for my purpose. I had one very minor concern with the television. It was quickly addressed by the property owner. 😊👍

My week long stay...

Communication with property manager was quick and efficient. Noise level was elevated due to thin walls and number of people in the house including a tenant. Alarm clock in another part of the house sounded a number of times including at 4:30am and went off for an hour. This situation needs to be rectified. the house sounded

It was not actually a one-bedroom house, rather a separate room locked off from a larger house. The parking, while there was plenty available, was on the street (in a nice, quiet neighborhood). While the room itself was very clean and pretty, there was such a strong smell of cleaning products that I was unable to stay there due to being sensitive to fragrances. I was also concerned about the noise level, as I could hear the TV from the room above.
