"This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Location was amazing, and we had a great view of the tower. We arrived at 3:30p (for 3:00p) check-in and cleaners were still there. Cleaners finally left around 4:00, kitchen floor was sticky, bed spreads had what appeared to be blood on them, carpets were dirty, clothes left in washer, and dryer only marginally worked. The place is in need of an update. One of our booking requirements was air conditioning. While it did have done AC, the only bedroom with AC was the main bedroom. The...
