Old hotel with good location. Probably one of the dirtiest guest rooms I have ever stayed. Room was full of hair from previous guests. Receptions staff is very slow. Check-in will take around 30 minutes. Breakfast is very Asian with a few items for British customers. Not many choices for guests from Continental Europe.
Great location, friendly & helpful staffs, nice room. However, cleanliness in shower area needs improvement. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Overall our stay was pleasant.
Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home

Condition,
I gave them rating 3/5 for the condition as my room has a slightly minor messy ceiling. Probably the staff can do the check the ceiling on the left side near the window of room 708. They didn’t place the hole cover perfectly.
Breakfast,
Beside of the thin wall of my bedroom which put me no privacy. Breakfast is another worst part. They gave us options to choose the time to book the breakfast, an hour per session. But on my first day, I just had my breakfast there for 20 minutes - My cousin and I were out searching for the food, we already left our sanitizer spray purposely so that they should have known we hadn’t done yet. But cleverly, they cleaned up the table (we sanitized before), they threw away our foods and they also took away our sanitizer spray. That was even only 20 mins since we started eating. Don’t they have the system to train their employee?
I do love travelling and staycation. But for something terrible like this, I doubt I will consider their hotel’s name again anytime anywhere. Hopefully they read this review of mine.

Not a pleasant experience
My stay was not a pleasant experience. Throughout my staying experience, only the check out process was the only pleasant service for me. I truly appreciated to the guy who nicely helped me checking out and asking me for the feedback of my staying experience.

Check in experience,
The guy was just okay but not really friendly. Just an okay check in experience, I didn’t feel much pleasant though.
Security experience,
After checking in and putting my bag into my room, i went down to buy some drinks and stuffs which make my hands pretty full. With my hands full of stuffs, when I go through the security, the guy asked me to unzip my very little bag that only can fit wallet and phone. Isnt it ridiculous? Don’t you see that I am holding so much things and you can actually just tap my bag using your sensor stick. Is it because I only wore tshirt, short and flipflop?
Concierge,
When I asked him to register my car for free parking. He confirmed that I’d only have 1 night stay which I correct that I had 2 nights instead of 1. But he kept insisting that I only had 1 night. Can’t he just make sure or even ask for the check in counter rather than insisting for something that’s not right
Bedroom,
Omg this is terrible.
The bed and pillow are the worst that I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. The wall is very thin, I can literally listen the to next room conversation. Worst ever
