「何もない。不便。近くのバス停が中止されているのに、ホテルのスタッフに紹介され、散々待ったあげくようやく通りかかった通行人に近くの別のバス停まで案内してもらった。 Expediaで事前支払していることを何度も伝えても、受け取っていないの一点張りで二重請求された。 帰国後、Expedia のサポートセンターに電話で問い合わせたが、マニュアル通りの対応しかできず、いまだに連絡もなく放置されたまま。」

「This is a nice place,the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. 」

「いままで多くのホテルに泊まったが、これほどひどい扱いは初めて。部屋の清掃忘れ。フロントに言うとタオル・ティバッグを持ってきたが使ったティバッグをつまみあげてゴミ箱にいれた。汚れたトレイはそのまま。カップも私達が洗った。浴槽、トイレはそのまま。ある日はタオルが小3枚にバスタオルは1枚。フロントに言うとバスタオル1枚を出してきたが、触ると湿っていたからまたとりかえさせた。ある日はバスマットがない。バスタオルを折って代わりにした。二人宿泊なのに紅茶のバッグは一つ。前日あったネスカフェが無い日が2日。2，3日目に小さい水のボトルがあったがないので訊くと「あれは初日だけのサービス」だそうだ。初日にはなかった。部屋の隅はほこりだらけ。2度と泊まりたくない。」
