Then, the hotel put a group of men right next door to us and we could hear every word that was said. We asked to change rooms and were moved to a balcony room but not a lake view. We were happy with the new room and for the quiet. 」
「Desk and breakfast staff were all very effective. I suggest an upgrade to the personal products offered in the bath. The shampoo is a brand offered at the lowest tier motels, and the facial and toilet tissues were like sandpaper. 」
