Welcome to a thoughtfully designed retreat where up to 12 guests can gather comfortably. The unique layout creates natural zones for different activities—and bedrooms tucked on the opposite side of the house mean kids can sleep while everyone else enjoys late-night conversations.

Start your mornings with coffee on the wraparound deck as sunrise filters through the trees. The deck itself offers two distinct areas: an intimate back section overlooking the woods, and the main space with picnic table, BBQ grill, and gas fire table for group gatherings.

Inside, multiple living spaces give everyone options. The TV room features a big sectional for movie nights. The living room centers around a cozy wood stove with another TV and a pass-through window to the kitchen—perfect for the cook to stay connected. The large dining table seats everyone for meals and game nights. Near the bedrooms, a quieter TV/living area doubles as workspace and has a sofa bed.

The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with quality cookware, spices, multiple coffee makers, and all those extras you hope to find. Evening gatherings naturally flow outside to the stone fire pit (firewood included) for s'mores and stargazing.

The detached Clubhouse offers yet another hangout option with foosball, darts, poker table, and Smart TV. The fenced yard keeps kids safely entertained while adults relax.

Guest Access:

Please note: Weekend stays include one day's worth of guest passes. Stays of five days or more include three days' worth of passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $6.50 per guest, per day.


Other Details to Note

Food/Grocery options: The closest restaurant, The Woods Clubhouse Grille & Pub, had a fire and is operating as a food truck. Berkley Springs and Martinsburg offer a variety of dining options within a ½ hour drive. You can also take advantage of the cabin’s well appointed kitchen. Martin’s supermarket is about 20 minutes away. Please plan ahead.

Accessibility: The cabin has a split-level layout. There are 3 steps leading up to the King and Queen bedrooms and the room with the futon. The bunk bedroom, bathrooms, and main living area are on the main level. Bedrooms do not have en-suite bathrooms.

Quiet time: Orion's Getaway is in a community where neighbors cherish the respite the area provides. The cabin is best suited for guests who don't mind a 10pm to 8am quiet time.

Security: For your safety and ours, a Ring security camera is located at the front door, facing the exterior entrance. It records video and audio, but has no view of the interior spaces.
