"Excellency Rooms on Top floors are incredible. So nice to stay in a traditional luxury Japanese room. Use of Onsen each day was a great experience and the bonus of a private Onsen was great. Would stay again. Very friendly staff and all in all a very relaxing stay."

"Staff at Soki were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted with our bags and the check-in procedure was really smooth. Staff were fluent in English and give you a comprehensive introduction of the property. The rooms were clean and the onsen in each room was really such a big plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. We drove so it was convenient, might be difficult to access if you are coming by public transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely rebook if I were to visit Atami again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable"

"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."
