Heald Square Monument's Statue of Liberty

Great stay overall! I really liked the open bar, and it was a nice bonus that we could request coffee, tea, and other beverages anytime during the day. Shoutout to Giselle for making our coffee perfectly late night! The daily fruit selection was also a nice touch. We had a little trouble with the Chromecast, but it wasn't a big issue since we ended up watching the live TV channels instead. Tip: There isn't complimentary bottled water in the room, but there is a water station in the lobby. Just bring a reusable bottle or container to refill throughout your stay. Also, if you need housekeeping, be sure to call and request it, as they don't automatically clean your room each day. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location—within walking distance of major landmarks, with a pharmacy and grocery store nearby for added convenience. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we return to Chicago!

Excellent location, great room and very helpful staff

Upscale amazing stay in trendy neighborhood in Chcago. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants. The amenities were beyond what I expected/ great lap pool, hot tubs, sauna steam room and amazing gym with enough equipment to do a full strength training workout. We will stay here again!
