"Handy location close to central. Room was quiet. Breakfast for $18 was great value. Great value for the location and plenty of dining options as it is right in Chinatown. 10 minute walk to Tik Tok Entertainment Centre and a little further to Darling Harbour. Close to light rail as well."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. AC, TV, hairdryers were all functional. It’s not as bad as some of the reviews claim, I had a pleasant stay. Front staff were very helpful, extremely convenient location. Did not have concerns for safety, as female solo traveller. The corridors had worn carpet and a slightly damp smell. However they were cranking up the dehumidifier 24/7. I can’t complain."

"Wonderful staff. Some of the furniture is a little worn in the lobby cafe but looking past that, everything was clean and serviced. The bed was fantastic. The hotel is historically grand and modern in a well throughout way, however the real asset is the staff. From the driveway to the room, 6 stars"
