This is a great little hotel by Sydney Central Station. We’ve stayed here twice and both times the employees were notably friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy, the floor was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to lots of dining options and it’s easy to walk to shopping or a meal.

Upon check in, room had significant dust, carpet was dirty. Rooms were not cleaned throughout stay. You can put a sign on the door to have new towels and your bed made, but that’s it. One day they simply just changed the towels. Not bad, but for the price I think you can find better in Surrey Hills

Room was very dusty no shower gel, container in shower was empty, water seeping into bathroom had to ask twice for clean towels as had to use what we had to mop up the water seeping in, tv didnt work properly had to pull ot wires and put back several times for tv to work

My go-to when in the city

I always stay here when in Sydney. Fantastic location, only a 10-15 min walk from central station, and a 10-15 min walk from the nearby parking garage which is pretty reasonably priced for the area. The rooms are tiny, but always clean and tidy. And sound proofing isn’t great, as you can hear people in the hallways. Check in and out is always easy, especially if you’re like me and always arriving late at night.

Itchy.

Staff were great. I got in late and went straight to my room. After showering and hopping into bed I was immediately itchy there was hair through the sheets and just felt like there were bugs. I got bites on my legs and ankles in the morning I spoke to staff however nothing was offered. I spent the next few days applying creams etc. Before leaving I completely stripped the bed so it would be changed fully.
