「The hotel's location might be a little difficult to find without looking at a map. However, it's close to the MuseumsQuartier and the Naturahistorisches Museum, and very quiet. There's a supermarket and a subway station within a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and I had a wonderful time. If I ever come to Vienna again, I would like to stay here again.」

「Perfect location near West train station. Friendly staff Bianca, Alina, Serj and Karla. Lounge is great to relax after a busy day.」

「Breakfast was really awesome. As locating very close to the center of Vienna, it was very convenient.」

「Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!」
