We had a wonderful stay at this well-located, friendly hotel. It's so nice to have the option of complimentary hot and cold drinks during the day, light snacks, (and night), a quiet atmosphere and welcoming, helpful staff.

Very easy and all online check-in experience. Room keys are sent via their mobile app for check-in and uses Bluetooth. Salon area is nice and all day access to coffee is great. The room was comfortable and amenities provided are great. Wi-Fi was mostly good (few instances where speeds slowed) but stable the full trip.

Awesome hotel! Clean, modern, friendly staff. Metro stop almost right out the front door of the building, easy to get around. Would recommend to anyone going to Vienna.
